Join Benugo Cafe in Edinburgh as a Team Member to deliver warm, welcoming service and high-quality beverages and food. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare coffee and food, and maintain café cleanliness while supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value friendly, proactive staff with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to shifts, including weekends. Training and career development are available within our expanding cafe network.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in food handling and safety practices.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
