The Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings Trust (RRRST) is a trust-based pension and retirement savings scheme that provides benefits to Rolls-Royce employees in the UK. It is governed by a Trustee Board and Day to day administration is outsourced to Aviva.
As part of GBS People Services this role supports the delivery of accounting cash management reporting and operational compliance activity for pensions and retirement benefits.
This role delivers Trustee accounting reports insurance renewals and oversees payroll / third party interfaces. This role is responsible for preparation of financial statements and other statutory reporting for the RRRST oversight of payment processes internal controls & audit and providing support services to the Trustees Risk and Audit Committee.
