A global tech firm in London is hiring a Benefits Manager to oversee benefits programs and ensure competitiveness while enhancing employee engagement. You will collaborate with HR and stakeholders to design effective packages and manage third-party relationships. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and offers flexibility for a healthy work-life balance.
As a Benefits Manager you will make an impact by helping to deliver Cognizants benefits strategy across dedicated European markets. You will be a valued member of the benefits team and work collaboratively with HR, business managers, key stakeholders and European projects and initiates teams.
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in the Cognizant office in London, Bishopsgate.
