A leading global investment bank is seeking a Benefits Associate to manage employee benefits administration across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years’ experience in benefits within financial or professional services. You will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver benefits, analyze data to enhance offerings, and coordinate key projects. This role is hands-on, ideal for someone detail-oriented and skilled in project management, with strong communication abilities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives and own the EMEA benefits space.
A leading global investment bank is seeking an exceptionally diligent and proactive Benefits Associate to join its growing EMEA HR team and play a key role in shaping the firm’s benefits and well-being agenda across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 4 years’ experience in benefits administration within financial services or professional services environments. You will be joining a highly collaborative HR team and supporting the delivery of a sophisticated benefits strategy across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Benefits Manager for the EMEA region, you will take ownership of the day-to-day benefits administration while driving key regional projects as part of the ongoing buildout of the benefits infrastructure. This is a hands-on, project-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys data coordination, problem-solving, and implementing meaningful initiatives that enhance employee experience.
You will be part of a high-performing, people-centred HR function within a prestigious global investment bank at an exciting stage of growth. You will have genuine ownership over the EMEA benefits space, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to broader HR initiatives across well-being, inclusion, and total rewards.
