Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Crumlin is seeking a Bendi forklift driver for a busy warehouse assignment with an immediate start. The assignment is for at least 3 months, with potential for extension to 6-8 months for the right candidate. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

You will operate a Bendi forklift, load and unload trailers, move stock around the warehouse, wrap pallets for dispatch and assist with goods-in/out tasks, while following health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Confidence loading and unloading trailers.
• Ability to undertake manual labour tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Bendi forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Transporting stock throughout the warehouse
• Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Supporting with general warehouse and manual handling duties
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
