Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced Bendi/Flexi Truck Forklift driver for a busy Middlesbrough warehouse. The ideal candidate would also have a Counterbalance license, but this is not essential, and you must be physically fit for heavy lifting.

You will handle goods, pick and pack orders, assist with inventory, and maintain records using warehouse systems. Shifts run 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, with overtime rates on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Bendi or Flexi trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Counterbalance license is a plus but not essential.
• Licenses must have been completed within the last 3 years and be externally accredited.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bendi/Flexi trucks safely and efficiently.
• Handball products and support manual handling tasks as required.
• Pick and pack orders accurately in line with customer requirements.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Use warehouse systems to log stock data and process orders.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
