Job summary

Adore Recruitment is seeking experienced Pivot Steer / Flexi FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse in Paddock Wood, Kent. This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers a chance to secure a permanent position within a growing company.

You will operate Pivot Steer / Flexi FLTs, load and unload deliveries, and help maintain organized stock and a safe working environment across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date Flexi / Pivot Steer FLT license.
• Previous experience operating Flexi or Pivot Steer trucks.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Pivot Steer / Flexi forklift to move goods within the warehouse and yard.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and organized.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support with general warehouse duties as required.

About the Role

Adore Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Pivot Steer / Flexi FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Paddock Wood, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing company with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Pivot Steer / Flexi forklift truck to move goods within the warehouse and yard
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and organized effectively
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Flexi / Pivot Steer FLT license
• Previous experience operating Flexi or Pivot Steer trucks
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Hours

• £14.50 per hour
• Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity
• Working any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
• Rotating shifts:
• 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 12:00pm – 10:00pm
