Qualifications

  • Prior joinery experience in bench joinery, cabinet making, or similar roles.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong hand-skills and pride in producing accurate work.
  • Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Team-focused with the ability to work quickly when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture laminate and timber-based joinery items on the bench.
  • Interpret and work from drawings, cutting lists, and specifications.
  • Assemble, finish, and prepare products to a high standard.
  • Learn to safely use workshop machinery with provided training.
  • Maintain a tidy workstation and follow health & safety procedures.
