The Role

As a Bench Joiner, you'll be at the heart of the workshop, producing beautifully crafted pieces that meet exacting client standards and elevate the finished environment.

  • Manufacture, assemble, and prepare high-end joinery components from detailed production drawings
  • Work with precision to ensure all items meet client specifications and design intent
  • Collate finished works and create accurate labels before handing over to the Spray Shop or JPQC team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality in line with the company's Integrated Management System
  • Support manual handling tasks when required
  • Share knowledge and guide apprentices and trainees, contributing to the next generation of craftsmen
What You Bring
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry, Joinery, or Wood Occupations
  • Strong ability to interpret detailed technical and production drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finished work
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
