A health services provider is seeking a Workshop Operative in Woking to refurbish wheelchairs and manage stock effectively. Responsibilities include adhering to health and safety standards, performing repairs, and maintaining cleanliness in the workshop. Candidates should possess general workshop knowledge, basic mechanical skills, and be effective team players. Salary - £12.69 ph (£26,395.20 pa)
Permanent, 40 Hours a week
To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required, by working as part of a team responsible for the wheelchair refurbishment. To manage stock and equipment to a high standard and maximise availability of stock to support Service Engineers delivering 'First Time Fixes' wherever possible.
