The role

As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to join our BMS Support team. We are looking for exceptional people who can bring big ideas, new skills and innovative thinking to help us build a world that’s more sustainable for you, your family and the community you live in.

You will
  • Carry out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works.
  • Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
  • Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.
  • Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
You have
  • Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
  • Sound levels of customer service, with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
  • An agile working approach, with flexibility to support an on‑call rota structure.
  • A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites.
