Job summary

Nicholson Glover is seeking a Behavioural Designer in London to translate behavioural research into interventions across communications, UX, physical environments and service experiences. You will work with a team of behavioural scientists and designers, delivering client-ready outputs that integrate BeSci frameworks with strong design craft.

We welcome applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience and a grounding in BeSci, combined with hands-on design skills in Figma and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Grounding in behavioural science (psychology, cognitive science or behavioural economics) or applied BeSci experience.
• Hands-on design execution capability to produce client-ready outputs in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exposure to client-facing work or willingness to present to senior stakeholders at major brands.
• Curiosity, rigour and genuine interest in why people behave the way they do.

Responsibilities

• Translate behavioural research and BeSci frameworks into designed interventions that change behaviour.
• Work across communications, UX, physical environments and service experiences.
• Apply proprietary neurodesign frameworks and a deep concept bank to outputs.
• Produce polished, multi-touchpoint outputs for client projects.
• Collaborate with a team of behavioural scientists and designers.
