Are you passionate about improving outcomes for care‑experienced children and young people? Do you have a strong background in Behaviour Analysis and trauma‑informed approaches? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative Placement Support Team within Bridgend County Borough Council’s fostering service.
We are looking for a Behaviour Analyst to work as part of a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team supporting children living in foster care and those returning home through reunification. You will use your expertise to:

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees. An Enhanced with Adults & Children’s Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post. The council’s Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office. Weekend Working are a requirement of this post.
