Full‑time position – ASAP start.

Are you a calm, confident, and resilient individual who thrives when supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs? A specialist SEMH and SEN school in Newbury is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their skilled and nurturing team. This full‑time role is ideal for Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, Education graduates, or anyone with a strong desire to work with young people who require patience, structure, and emotional support. You will work with students who experience social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, including Autism, ADHD, trauma, attachment needs, and anxiety. Your role will involve guiding pupils through difficult moments, implementing tailored behaviour support strategies, and helping them re‑engage positively with learning.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

What you will do
