What you’ll be doing as a Behaviour Support Worker:

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Delivering 1:1 and small‑group support tailored to individual requirements
• Helping pupils manage classroom routines, transitions, and expectations
• Encouraging independence and celebrating progress
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
