Overview

BSW - Longsight: Prospero Teaching are looking for a Behaviour Support worker to support children at a school in the Longsight. You will be supporting children with SEMH issues.

Role Details

  • Position: Behaviour Support Worker
  • Hours: 8am-3:30pm
  • Minimum rate of pay: £103.94 per day, depending on experience
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Type of work: Temporary
  • Start date: November 2025

Experience, Training & Qualifications
  • Team Teach qualification would be highly desirable
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • An excellent understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • A flexible and proactive approach to working in a team

  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
