About the Role

The Education Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across educational settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives and helping them succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support to pupils
  • Implement behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour, SEN, or additional needs
  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to individual needs
  • Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
