About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work across primary schools in the Sefton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require additional help with behaviour, social skills, and emotional regulation, ensuring they are able to fully access their learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SENCOs, providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils develop positive behaviours and build confidence in a nurturing school environment.

Key Responsibilities
