Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a warm, dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Bognor Regis. You will support students in the classroom and in small groups, and provide 1:1 assistance to help them engage with learning.

With your skills in behaviour management, you will support students to regulate emotions, build confidence and participate positively. We welcome applicants committed to inclusivity and excellent student care.

We're looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students.

In this role, you'll be supporting students both in the classroom and in smaller groups, as well as providing 1:1 assistance. With your skills in behaviour management, you'll help students gain confidence, help them emotionally regulate, and engage with their learning in positive ways.

Many of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or conditions like Autism or ADHD.

We're looking for a behaviour support assistant who:

• Has a true passion for supporting children and helping them grow
