Behaviour Mentor

Empowering Learning Ltd are looking for a SEND Behaviour specialist for special needs schools in the Bromley area. We are looking for an outstanding and SEND experienced Behaviour Mentor who are dedicated to supporting children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis. Our schools cater for children with varied SEND needs such as Autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role starts ASAP, after Christmas.

The position is based in a school in Bromley, London borough, working with autism and challenging behaviour. Hours of work: 8.00 to 4.00 pm, 5 days a week. Must be able to commit to a contract.

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
  • Higher‑level TA.
