We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our inclusive secondary school. The successful candidate will support students across Years 7 to 11, assisting in the management of behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about student welfare and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral leaders to monitor and support student progress.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a pastoral or support role within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to supporting the personal development and well‑being of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
