An educational support agency in the West Midlands is seeking skilled Behaviour Mentors and HLTAs to assist pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. The role involves supporting individuals or small groups in their learning journey using effective behaviour management techniques. Ideal candidates will have qualifications or substantial experience in behaviour support, along with a passion for enhancing educational outcomes for vulnerable learners. Location: Walsall / Surrounding Areas
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Contract: Day-to-day, long-term and temp-to-perm
