Job description

We are seeking to appoint a highly committed, professional and forward-thinking individual as Behaviour Manager based at the Aspire & Alternative College Hub in Leatherhead.

The Alternative College Hub houses several provisions that IET operates to support young people at risk of permanent exclusions. At the current time the IET Alternative College and Aspire Project operate within the Hub. Refer to About the Aspire & Alternative College Hub as attached for further information.

The right candidate will have significant previous experience supporting children with complex behavioural needs, identified with, but not limited to, ASD, SEMH, SEBD; have worked as part of a leadership team in a management/supervisory role and be able to contribute to the development of strategy, compliance and be committed to improving the learning expertise and emotional wellbeing of all children and young people.

Role Details
  • 36 hours a week, 39 weeks per year
  • Monday to Friday, to start as soon as possible
