Job summary

Academics Ltd is supporting a welcoming primary school in Slough to recruit a Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant from September. You will build positive relationships with pupils and provide consistent support for behaviour, learning and emotional development.

This full-time role runs 8:30am–4pm and offers valuable experience in behaviour management and inclusion. Salary is £92.59–£95 per day and will reflect qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children is desirable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with behaviour and learning in the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Help children engage positively with their learning.
• Assist pupils to follow instructions and develop independence.
