All Saints Catholic College in Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Behaviour Coordinator to lead and promote our behaviour system across the school. You will work with the behaviour team to manage students using effective strategies and monitor welfare while providing interventions in the Reflection and Inclusion rooms.
You will deliver confidential administrative and community liaison support, ensuring a calm, safe, and supportive environment for pupils and staff.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed individual to become a Behaviour Coordinator at All Saints. The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system, managing students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms.
Providing a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, you will work alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category.
