A community mental health service is seeking a Behaviour Analyst to provide specialist assessments and interventions for young people with neurodevelopmental needs. This role offers a chance to work within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing the lives of families and managing complex behavioral challenges. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in CAMHS settings. This is a part-time position based in Harrow.

Service Manager for Harrow CAMHS
Ash Tree Clinic, South Harrow – Harrow CAMHS. You will work from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM service for young people experiencing mental health problems in the Harrow area. The post will be based within the Ash Tree Clinic, South Harrow and the post holder will be expected to maintain close links with the Hospital.
The post holder will provide specialist service within CAMHS to young people with neurodevelopmental needs and their families. This is a community‑based post located within the Neurodevelopmental Pathway in Harrow CAMHS offering flexible, evidence‑based episodes of care, assessments and treatments within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, the main aim of which is to enhance the quality of life of the children and their families and reduce challenging behaviour. The post holder will directly contribute to the positive working environment within the multi‑disciplinary team and will be required to deliver assessments and interventions in Harrow, as well as deliver training to other professionals and agencies as relevant.
