Contract

Term time only – 39 weeks per year

Hours

Split shift – Monday to Friday (7:30am‑9:00am & 2:45pm‑6:00pm)

Pay

£14.54‑£15.52 per hour (includes 12.07% holiday pay)

The Role

Wrap Around Care Setting Manager – you will lead the delivery of our childcare provision, ensuring a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children while inspiring and supporting a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a safe, welcoming environment where children feel valued and excited.
  • Plan and deliver varied, creative, active sessions supporting physical, social and emotional development.
  • Apply Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles to enrich children’s experiences.
  • Manage, support and motivate your team – regular huddles, 1:1s and feedback sessions.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) – uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with Premier Education Professional Standards (PEPs), health & safety and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools and children, ensuring positive communication and trust.
