Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner (UK).
• NHS Performers List registration is required or in scope.
• Primary care or community health experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and effective patient communication are essential.
• Ability to work confidently across varied GP services and settings.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS are required.

Responsibilities

• Run independent GP clinics across primary care and community settings.
• Manage acute, routine and complex presentations with clinical judgment.
• Conduct telephone triage to support urgent access demand.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines and ensure safe medication management.
• Complete test results, medication reviews and referral actions.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation and coordinate with local teams.
