Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited are working with a Housing Association to recruit a plasterer based in Bedford on a temporary to permanent basis. The role covers reactive maintenance in domestic properties and requires good customer service when meeting tenants.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using a PDA, with van fuel card and power tools provided. Weekly pay every Friday and the potential to go permanent after the temp period.

Qualifications

• Reactive maintenance experience in domestic properties.
• Experience with plastering and multi-trade tasks is preferred.
• Comfortable using a PDA and working in social housing environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plastering and general maintenance in domestic properties.
• Provide good customer service, greeting tenants.
• Use a PDA in the field.
• Work in a fast-paced environment on small day-to-day repairs.
