The Property Experts provide you with the tools, support and infrastructure to run your own business, so that you can focus on prospecting, winning instructions and selling homes.

You can earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year) with 70% of the fees generated, based on three sales per month, and an average fee of £4,000 per sale. Training and marketing materials are included to help you grow your personal brand.

Qualifications

• Experienced estate agent, branch manager, lister or valuer
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Skilled in negotiation and closing sales

Responsibilities

• Win instructions for listings and grow market share
