Job summary

The Thérapie Clinic in Sheffield is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver advanced skin, body and laser treatments in a supportive team. You will join a clinic that values empowerment, growth and client satisfaction, with opportunities to develop skills through ongoing training.

Newly qualified or experienced therapists are welcome. The role offers training, annual leave, staff discounts and uncapped commission within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality treatments in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations and set realistic expectations.
• Promote additional services to enhance client experience.
• Work with sales targets when applicable.
• Maintain accurate client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines.

• Deliver aesthetic treatments to clients as per guidelines.

Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Has the ability to work with sales targets
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
