Job description

In this role you will be responsible for services such as massage, facials and wax treatments, therefore demonstrated experience within these services is crucial. You will establish an excellent client rapport and solidify a trusted working relationship with service providers whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

You will have experience working within a luxury market with exposure to a high‑end clientele, whilst upholding a high standard of discretion. You will be committed to carrying out beauty treatments with due care, attention and sensitivity to the patient's needs while building a loyal client base.

You will also need:

• To be qualified in CIDESCO, CIDBTAC or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• To demonstrate an interest and knowledge of market trends.
• The ability to perform treatments on both male and female clients.
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and co‑workers alike.
• Extensive knowledge of our treatments, services and products within our Salon.
