Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver a consistent 'customer first' experience.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition targets for N.dulge.
• Support stock file accuracy; adhere to stock policies to minimise loss.
• Keep the team aware of targets (ATV, AUS, conversion) daily/weekly/monthly.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to drive opportunities.
• Identify innovative opportunities to maximise the business.
• Analyse weekly/monthly/yearly performance from available reports.
• Support store recruitment and build diverse teams.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees.
• Deliver feedback and escalate performance issues to Store Manager/Assistant.
• Coach and develop the team to reach full potential.
• Maintain store standards in line with Company policies.
