Responsibilities

• Promote Seung Tae’s skincare products and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Deliver personalized consultations and expert recommendations.
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage techniques.
• Follow up after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles in POS and CRM systems.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Build brand loyalty and develop a regular client base.
• Merchandise counters according to monthly campaigns.
• Maintain cleanliness, tester hygiene, and display standards.
• Uphold grooming and service guidelines set by Seung Tae.
• Work closely with the Beauty Sales Manager to achieve KPIs.
• Support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and product launches.
• Foster a positive, cooperative team culture.
