Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. seeks a Beauty Retail Merchandiser for field-based work in the Greenhithe area, primarily within Primark Bluewater. You’ll help launch a new beauty brand, ensuring stands are fully stocked and visually appealing to drive sales.

The role is based in Greenhithe with confirmed 8-hour working shifts, including Sunday 08:00-12:00. It is a fixed-term contract ending 27 January 2027, with potential progression to permanent status for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is required.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy.
• Own initiative to meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Comfort with manual handling and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Product placement and replenishment to keep stands full.
• Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays for visibility.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for prices and offers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Provide feedback to client account teams via the feedback app.
