Job summary

Sculpted by Aimee is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer - Retail & Brand to join the growing creative team. This hybrid role can be based in the UK or Dublin and reports to the Design Lead.

You will develop retail concepts, design POS, packaging and showroom visuals, and collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising to deliver high-impact, premium-brand experiences for stores and partner retailers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in a design role within beauty and retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail campaigns, visual merchandising, POS design and customer-facing brand experiences.
• Excellent graphic design skills with strong typography, layout and brand application.
• Experience creating artwork for print, POS, signage and large-format applications.
• Experience developing creative concepts from initial idea through to final execution.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation and supplier management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for visual merchandising campaigns across stores and partners.
• Create retail experiences for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Translate campaigns into in-store executions with premium experience.
• Design retail communications including POS, signage, window graphics, display assets and promotional materials.
• Adapt concepts across formats and international markets.
• Ensure retail creative aligns with brand guidelines.
