You will operate within a region, travelling across the Hammersmith and West London area to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the merchandising teams within your stores keep the stands completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

About the role

You will be working across Hammersmith and West London areas.

This is a remote full‑time role with the expectation of travelling to a set of stores within your area. You may be required to travel outside of your region when stores launch to support teams across the UK.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of the 7, including the weekends as agreed. Your shift pattern will be 06:00 – 14:30.

How you’ll deliver excellence
Compliance and Standards
  • Achieve coverage targets by working across the defined set of stores, assessing store standards and compliance, and proactively problem solving.
  • Ensure the merchandisers within your stores fulfil the client brief, including product placement, planogram compliance and point of sale implementation.
  • Ensure the merchandisers within your stores know and implement best stock management practices including stock counts where necessary.
  • Maintain good health and safety practices, as prescribed by the company, client and/or the retail outlet.
  • Provide detailed, accurate written feedback and clear and high‑quality photographs for each store.
Coaching and Training
  • Induct and train new merchandisers recruited to work within the retailer, auditing and assessing to confirm knowledge.
  • Coach, train and assess merchandisers on the brand / client merchandising standards and processes and procedures to ensure effective delivery across your defined area.
  • Support with identifying skills gaps, escalating where necessary, and support the resulting upskilling initiatives.
  • Identify any personnel and/or performance issues with the merchandisers, feedback to the Client Services team, ensure follow up and assist in gaining resolution (i.e. upskilling etc.).
Other duties
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with the client, retailer and in‑store colleagues.
  • Regularly engage with the client liaison, ensuring up‑to‑date knowledge, practices and process and procedures.
What makes you excellent
  • Happy to travel across the defined area, and occasionally across the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business purposes is desired.
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
  • Experience training or coaching colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thriving having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients, leading by example.
  • Target driven.
  • Strong organisation skills and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
