Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks a Beauty Expert for Boots Bournemouth to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will apply makeup artistry, share expert product knowledge and build emotional connections with clients to help them achieve their beauty goals.

Ideal candidates have makeup application skills, experience in fast-paced beauty retail, and a passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. The role offers in-store service and a dynamic, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environments is desirable.
• Strong makeup application skills and ability to adapt to different customers.

Responsibilities

• Work on the shop floor to deliver a world-class customer experience and achieve KPIs.
• Build solid relationships with customers and team members to foster collaboration.
• Demonstrate expert artistry and product knowledge as a Charlotte Tilbury ambassador.
• Adapt approach to activities and customers to maximise opportunities and sales.

About Your Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in the product being accessible to everybody – and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.

About you

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
