Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert in Crawley drives unforgettable customer experiences by blending artistry with thorough product knowledge. You empower customers to look and feel their best, passing on tips and the brand story on the shop floor.

In a fast-paced environment you will aim to exceed KPIs, build lasting relationships with customers and teammates, and act as a Charlotte Tilbury ambassador. Ideally NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and prior sales advisor experience in beauty or retail.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy preferred.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG.
• Passion for delivering red-carpet customer experience.

  Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word.

• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
