About the role

We're looking for a Beauty Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Thanet area. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high‑street store.

Primary responsibility: drive sales by ensuring the stands are fully stocked as beauty products sell fast.

Location & Hours

Base: CT10 postcode in the Thanet area.

Confirmed working hours:

• Sunday: 06:00 – 10:00
• Thursday: 06:00 – 10:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 10:00

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

How you'll deliver excellence

You'll be working quickly and accurately to keep the Beauty stands fully stocked, ensuring a great customer experience. This will be done by:

• Product Placement and Replenishment.
• Arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensuring as much stock as possible is on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering products to avoid shortages.
• Becoming an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Sticking to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures and health & safety guidance.
• Following and implementing planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, especially department and store managers.
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
