Boots UK is seeking a No7 Advisor to guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys, combining science-led guidance with human connection. You will deliver personalised consultations, explain No7 science, and build lasting relationships with customers in a dynamic retail environment.

You will drive sales, promote new launches, and maintain an attractive counter, reflecting the premium No7 range. Training includes a 12-month Skin School and opportunities for career progression within Boots.

Qualifications

Complete 12-month Skin School programme for a CIBTAC qualification recognised in beauty.
Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology.
Explain the world-class science behind No7 products in clear, relatable terms.
Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching and routine building.
Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by actively promoting offers, innovations and new launches.
Build trusting long-term customer relationships and encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
