Space NK stores and online presence seek a Beauty Advisor to achieve sales targets through a customer-first approach. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering unbiased advice with expert product knowledge and contributing to a welcoming store environment.

In this role you’ll work with the team to exceed targets, maintain stock accuracy, and stay current on product trends, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across Space NK channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
• Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly with the store team and external partners.
• Confidently engage with store visitors and partners.
• Embrace team effort and take pride in achieving common goals.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share insights with the team.
