THE ROLE

Hiring a BC Project Manager – Team Lead to oversee Business Central implementation projects.

End-to-end responsibilities include project delivery, team leadership, and client management.

Lead multiple project teams, manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of Business Central implementations.

Hands‑on collaboration with developers, consultants, and support staff to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Client‑facing role with opportunities to influence both business and technical stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE

Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering Business Central/Dynamics NAV projects in a Partner environment.

Strong communication, organisational, planning, and time management skills.

Experienced in both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Able to take ownership of tasks, lead teams, and provide mentorship to project staff.

Comfortable engaging with clients and leading workshops.

THE OFFER

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
