Job summary

A legal services provider based in Birmingham is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will support the project team with testing, develop test plans and create training materials for finance users. Responsibilities include working with SMEs, delivering training sessions, and assisting with change management activities. Strong proficiency in Business Central and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A BC Functional Consultant certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Experience working within a Business Central implementation team.
  • Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans and test scripts for various testing phases.

Dynamics BC Functional Consultant

Role Title: Business Central Functional Consultant

Status: 6 Month Contract

Location: Hybrid | Birmingham HQ

Salary: £450 day rate

SystemsAccountants are working with an established Legal Services provider who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant to join their team. This role will focus on supporting the Project team with Testing, developing testing plans and scripts, while creating training materials for finance users.

Role Requirements
  • Working with SMEs and senior BC functional consultant to develop test plans and test scripts for unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to SME's, other finance staff and end users online and in person.
  • Assist with change management activities by identifying process changes.
  • Develop appropriate training materials for SME’s, finance staff, and end users.
Experience
  • Proficient in the usage and configuration of Business Central (4+ years of experience).
  • Experience of working within a BC implementation team.
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BC Functional Consultant certification preferred.
