Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant looking for your next opportunity with a forward-thinking Microsoft Partner? Our client, a respected and growing Microsoft Consultancy based in the Midlands, is looking for a talented BC Consultant to join their team and support a diverse and expanding customer portfolio.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Business Central implementations across a variety of sectors. This is a client-facing position focused on solution design, configuration, workshops, end-to-end delivery, and ongoing advisory work. You'll work closely with project teams, technical specialists, and customers to ensure smooth deployment and long-term success of BC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements.
• Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Provide functional expertise and best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customisation, integration, and data migration.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

About You

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations modules.
• Confident delivering workshops, managing stakeholders, and translating requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently within a remote/hybrid setup.
