A global aerospace services company is seeking a Battery Workshop Technician in London to maintain various battery technologies. The role involves hands-on battery maintenance, teamwork, and process compliance. Ideal candidates have a BTEC diploma in Engineering and experience in aircraft component maintenance. The vacancy is for a Battery Workshop Technician working at the Satair UK facility near London Heathrow airport. The workshop operates on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Early shift 6am-2pm and late shift 12am-8pm.
The successful applicant will join the maintenance team. Satair UK maintain batteries from all aviation sectors, passenger, cargo, corporate jet, military and helicopters. All battery technologies are also covered: NiCd, Lead acid, lithium.
