You will manage EPCs, ICPs, and grid-connected collaborations, with a strong engineering background and proven stakeholder management. Travel across the UK is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience delivering energy storage, solar, or grid-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning phases for battery projects.
• Experience working with EPCs, ICPs and DNOs on grid-connected projects.
• Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC or equivalent) and variation processes.
• Proficient with project tools for planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for site and stakeholder visits.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects from award to handover.
• Oversee tendering and contract scopes with EPCs, ICPs, and partners.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and project reporting to senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, CDM, and planning requirements.
• Manage commissioning, handover, and close-out of projects.
• Support dispute resolution and provide input on change orders.
