Job summary

Talent Tribe Consulting International is seeking Battery Manufacturing Technicians for UK opportunities in the rapidly expanding EV and battery sectors, with roles across the country including London.

We partner with leading battery manufacturers and EV tech companies to build a network of skilled professionals for upcoming permanent and contract opportunities. Background in automotive, aerospace, electronics or precision manufacturing is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or assembly.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or battery production.
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work rotating shifts where required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• NVQ Level 2/3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Assemble lithium-ion battery cells, modules and packs.
• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing.
• Identify, troubleshoot and report manufacturing defects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We're Looking for:

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production or assembly.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering, battery production or similar industries.
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work rotating shifts where required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• NVQ Level 2/3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification (desirable but not essential).
