Job summary

Construction in Letchworth Garden City is seeking a Bathroom Fitter on a self-employed basis to install bathrooms in social housing properties. You will remove and replace baths, basins and toilets, fit Aqua Panels, and prepare walls and ceilings with work typically completed within 2-3 days per property.

Candidates should have proven bathroom fitting experience, own van and professional tools, and be able to travel to Letchworth Garden City.

As a Bathroom Fitter you will be:

• Removing and replacing baths, wash basins, and toilets.
• Installing new flooring in bathrooms.
• Fitting Aqua Panels and wall boards as an alternative to traditional tiling.
• Preparing and decorating bathroom walls and ceilings.
• Installing wall boards throughout the entire bathroom where required.
• Complete each installation within the expected timeframe of 2-3 days.

• Proven experience fitting bathrooms.
• The ability to travel to Letchworth Garden City.
• Your own van and professional tools.
• Experience working within social housing, including both occupied and void properties.
• A recognised trade qualification or relevant time-served experience.
