Job summary

Cosy Club Cheltenham is seeking a Bartender who can mix drinks, brew coffee, and deliver warm, engaging service on a lively shift. You’ll work with a friendly team, with a competitive hourly rate and tips. Benefits include Wagestream access, 50% off food and drinks from day one, meals on every shift, paid breaks, and plenty of development opportunities. Staff enjoy two days off and a weekend off every six weeks, plus an annual Loungefest party; you must be 18 or over.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar work is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Prepare tea and coffee as part of the bar service.
• Create cocktails and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
